Shipping Policy
Every order ships from our Chicago, Illinois warehouse to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Handling time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
Transit time and shipping cost

Total delivery time = handling time + transit time. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico add 2–4 business days to standard transit. All rates are shown in U.S. dollars and calculated at checkout before payment.
Order tracking
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a carrier tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse — normally within 1–2 business days. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email support@mmgiftland.shop with your order number and we will open a carrier claim on your behalf.
Address accuracy, delays and lost parcels
- Please double-check your shipping address. We can amend an address only before the parcel ships.
- Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or customs are outside our control, but we will track and follow up on your behalf.
- Parcels marked delivered but not received: contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and reship or refund.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or outside the United States.
